In the event of a complaint, send the Rixon product to your dealer, or you can send it directly to an authorized Quikset service center.

Along with the product to be claimed, do not forget to enclose the sales receipt and the completed claim form, downloadable here.

The average time to process a complaint from the time it is received by the service department is 6 working days.
